Funeral, 12 Noon, Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at Springfield Baptist Church, 4309 Auburn Knightdale Rd, Raleigh. The Rev. Dr. Kevin Sturdivant, Pastor, Officiating. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service. Interment, Church Cemetery. Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the funeral home.
Survivors; children, Christina M. Wilson, Maurice A. Wilson, Marcus A. Spears (Niya), Cyn’cere (Tywn) Spears; Father, John Spears; Brothers, Kenneth L. Spears, Donnie Spears, and Willie Spears; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
