Mr. Albert Johnson, 80, of Raleigh, departed this life on Thursday, April 29, 2021. 

Funeral, 12 Noon, Saturday, May 8, 2021, at State Street Community Church, 1200 South State Street, Raleigh.  Bishop Daryl Clark, Pastor.  The Rev. Paul L. Anderson, Pastor of The Fountain of Raleigh, Officiating.  Interment, Carolina Biblical Gardens, Garner.  Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon prior to the service.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Friday, May 7, 2021 at the funeral home. 

Survivors: daughters, Phyllis Johnson of Raleigh, NC; Michelle J. Kornegay of Irvington, NJ and son, Albert L. Johnson of Raleigh, NC. Grandchildren: Candace Johnson of Raleigh, NC; Jaren Johnson (Chadner) of Raleigh, NC and Joseph Kornegay of Irvington, NJ; Great-granddaughter, Kaia Kornegay of Irvington, NJ. Sisters, Katie Hunter of Raleigh, NC; Flora Jones (James Robert) of Wake Forest, NC and Iola Harris (Cleveland) of Raleigh, NC; brothers, James Johnson of Raleigh, NC, Frank Johnson (Carol) of Edison, NJ and Walter Johnson of Raleigh, NC; sisters in-law, Geraldine Lawrence, Marilyn Mitchell, Peggy Bledsoe, Carolyn Moore, Linda Faye Mitchell and Shirley Bledsoe all of Raleigh, NC; brother in-law, Jimmy Bledsoe (Betty) of Atlanta, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends
