Visitation, 11 AM to 12 Noon, Saturday, April 10, 2021, The River Church, Inc. 4900 Prospectus Drive, Durham.  Bishop Ronald Godbee, Pastor.  

Worship Celebration and Service of Love and Memory, 12 Noon, Saturday, April 10, 2021, The River Church, 4900 Prospectus Drive, Durham.  Bishop Reginald J. Davis, Pastor of Refuge Temple, Burlington, Eulogist.  Interment, Oak Grove Memorial Gardens, Durham.  The Service will be Live Streamed.   

Survivors; brother, Tommy A. Clark of Morrisville; sister, Michele Clark Smith (Stacey) of Oxford; nephew, Ordell Smith of Oxford; aunt, LaSandra McNair of South Boston, VA; uncle, Ronnie McNair (Janet) of Queens, NY; and a host of other relatives and friends.
