Funeral, 12 Noon, Saturday, April 29, 2023, at Bible Way Temple, 1110 Holmes Street, Raleigh.  Bishop Darnell Dixon, Pastor.  Elder Kirk Crowder, Pastor of Eastern Star Holiness Church, Raleigh, Officiating.  Visitation, 10 AM to 12 Noon, Saturday, April 29, 2023, prior to the service.  Interment, 10 AM, Monday, May 1, 2023, Rose Hill Funeral Home Cemetery, 1462 S. Kenansville By Pass Magnolia.

Survivors: wife, Mother Sallie Mae Knighton Carr; granddaughters, Deltonee R. Martin, Britany Martin, Courtney Martin and Abigail Martin; sisters, Mary Pratt and Linda Fennell (Joe); brothers, M.L. Carr (Sylvia); and a host of other relatives and friends.
