Mr. Earl Eugene Sampson, age 72, of 600 Parnell Street, Raleigh, departed this life on Friday, February 27, 2020.

A passing over service will be held at 1 PM, Saturday, March 7, 2020, 600 Parnell Street, Raleigh.

Survivors; significant other, Annette White of New York, currently residing in Raleigh, NC; children, Teresa Hooker of Durham, NC, Tomeke (Dowtin) Moody of Raleigh, NC and Rodney L. Bizzell, Jr of Raleigh, NC; aunts, Ethel (Dewitt) Stallings and Ethelen Eason both of Clayton, NC and a host of other relatives and friends.
