Deaconess Lee Elsie Polk, age 90, of 2020 Waters Drive, Raleigh, departed this life on Monday, June 7, 2021. 

Funeral, 12 Noon, Monday, June 14, 2021, at Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 908 Suffolk Boulevard, Raleigh.  The Rev. Dr. G.A. Jones Jr., Pastor, Officiating.  Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service.  Interment, Carolina Biblical Gardens, 1530 Creech Road, Garner.  Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Sunday, June 13, 2021 at the funeral home. 

Survivors; sons, Ones Waddell Polk (Peggy) , Ricky Lee Polk, Reginald Polk and  Frankie Polk (Donna), all of Raleigh; sisters, Susie L. Daughtry (William), Julia A. Manning (Danny), Patricia E. Mail-Mosely (Reginald) all of Raleigh; brother, Clinton Hinton (Mary); 8 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
