Bishop Samuel Cooper, age 65, of 2300 Creech Road, Raleigh, departed this life on Tuesday, August 25, 2020. 

Funeral, 11 AM, Monday, August 31, 2020, Christ Temple Apostolic Faith Church, 2034 W. Garner Rd, Garner.  Bishop George E. Dobbin, Pastor, Officiating. Interment, Carolina Biblical Gardens. 

Bishop Samuel Cooper is survived by; his wife of 43 years, Jacqueline Montgomery Cooper; children, Darrell Smith (Tameka Smith) of Raleigh, Nykole Saunders of Raleigh, Samuel Cooper Jr. of Norlina, Charleen McKoy (Benjamin) of Beckley, WV, Diane Cooper-Freeman of Raleigh, Arnold Cooper Sr. (Ruth Cooper) of Raleigh and Stephen Cooper of Wilmington; 22 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends; sisters, Minister Maxine Bryant of Raleigh and Assistant Pastor Phillystine Spinks (Bishop Vernon Spinks) of Garner; brothers, Pastor Victor Cooper (Evangelist Cassandra Cooper) of Fredericksburg, VA and Fredereca Cooper (Anne Cooper) Raleigh, Clarence Jeter (Laticia Jeter) of Smithfield and James Adair of Philadelphia and a host of other relatives and friends. 

There will be no public viewing or visitation for Bishop.
