Ms. Vera Mae "Burt" Daniels, age 64, of 116 St. Mary's Street - Apt. 311, Raleigh, departed this life on Sunday, August 25, 2019. 

Funeral, 12 Noon, Saturday, August 31, 2019, Good Hope Baptist Church, 4209 Smithfield Road, Knightdale.  The Rev. John L. Thatch, Pastor, Officiating. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, Saturday, prior to the service.  Interment, Church Cemetery. 

Survivors; daughter, Lakiesha Spivey of Raleigh; son, Quanta "Trey" Daniels of Charlotte; 2 grandchildren, Kharyzma Utica Brockington and Justin C. Morgan; great grandchildren, Riley Dakota Clack and Nova Vanisha Monroe Brockington; mother, Elizabeth Batchelor Daniels of Morehead City; sisters, Nannie Staggers of Raleigh, Louise People (Claude) of Raleigh; brothers, Bishop Howard Daniels (Josephine) of Surry, VA and Earl Daniels (Delores) of Raleigh; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Public viewing, 12 Noon - 8 PM, Friday, August 30, 2019 at the funeral home. 

The family will recieve friends at 325 S. King Charles Road.
