Funeral, 11AM, Monday, December 23, 2019, Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 2723 Clark Avenue, Raleigh. Visitation, 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, prior to the service. Interim Pastor David Kilde, Officiating.

Survivors; wife, Sarah Octetree of the home; daughter, Kelly Bailey of Garner; granddaughter, Sophia Peyton of Garner, mother, Marjorie Freeman Bailey of Raleigh; sisters, Darlene Bailey Dillard (James) of Raleigh and Marlene Eubanks (Roderick) of Kissimmee, FL; and a host of other relatives and friends.
