Mr. Otis Ray Banks, age 72, of 1008 Meadow Green Drive, Raleigh, departed this life on Tuesday, October 22, 2019.  

Funeral, 12 Noon, Saturday, November 2, 2019, Bright Hope Divine Holy Church of God, 16 Levister Court. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service. Bishop Verna B. Peterkin, Overseer. Pastor Victoria Peterkin, Officiating.

Survivors; siblings, Gladys Banks of Raleigh, Ella Hunter of Cary, Grady Banks, Ronnie Banks and Thaxton Banks all of Raleigh; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Friday, November 1, 2019 at the funeral home.
