Mr. Elvin Edward Poole, Jr., age 58, of 6710 Harter Court, Raleigh, departed this life on Tuesday, February 5, 2019.

Funeral, 12 Noon, Friday, February 15, 2019, Revelation Baptist Church, 805 E. Davie Street, Raleigh. The Rev. Keith Hicks, Pastor, Officiating. Visitation, 11:30 AM to 12 Noon, prior to the service.

Survivors: wife, Linda Brown Poole of the home; daughters, Monica Poole, Melanie Poole, Deborah Poole, Lauren Nixon and Shaquana Nixon all of Raleigh; son, Jalil Nixon of Raleigh; sisters, Pamela Poole of Raleigh and Tonia Winston of Germantown, MD; brother, Bobby Poole (Diane) of Raleigh; 12 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.

Public viewing, 12 Noon to 8 PM, Thursday, February 14, 2019, at the funeral home.
